When you contact us
The form asks for your email address, a topic, and your message. Your name is optional. These details let us respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.
Resend processes and stores support email for us, including message content and delivery information, in the United States. Access is limited to people authorized to handle support. We use your details to answer your request, investigate issues, and protect the service; we do not add you to a marketing list. Any preview using test mode identifies that mode before submission.
We review resolved enquiries monthly and delete routine support messages, replies, and any copies we retain no later than six months after resolution. An ongoing dispute or legal requirement may justify keeping relevant records longer. Service providers may delete their copies sooner under their own retention periods; six months is our maximum routine period, not a guarantee that a message remains available that long. See Resend’s data-handling information.
Hosting, security, and website analytics
Vercel hosts the website. Hosting and abuse-prevention services process connection and request information, which can include an IP address, browser information, and the requested page, to serve and protect the site. Contact submissions are checked for automated abuse.
On the public website, Vercel Web Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful. It reports information such as the page, referring website, browser, device type, and approximate country. Its analytics service does not use third-party cookies. We do not include contact fields in analytics events.
Analytics is disabled on preview deployments. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information. Hosting and security processing are separate from analytics.
Why we process information and where it goes
We process enquiries to provide the response you request and pursue our legitimate interests in answering questions and maintaining a secure website, taking account of your rights. Where necessary, we process information to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where processing requires consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us.
Our hosting and email providers may process information outside Egypt, including in the United States. Their processing agreements describe their security measures, subprocessors, and transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry. We do not sell support information.
Your Apple TV library
The app stores favorites, collections, pins, recent stations, and preferences locally. When configured, enabled, and available, library data can be stored and synchronized through private iCloud storage. Profile separation and synchronization across Apple TVs are still being validated before the app launches. Apple processes app purchases.
Station recommendations are selected on your Apple TV. Compact listening-duration summaries are kept for up to 30 days and can sync through the private iCloud library. The app does not send this listening history to an AI recommendation service or a third-party behavioral analytics service.
Settings includes controls to clear cached artwork and delete library data. Synced library deletion requires the signed-in account and an internet connection. Deletion markers help prevent removed items returning from another device.
Radio, station information, and artwork
Station searches and play reports go to Radio Browser. Audio connects directly to the broadcaster, and images connect to their hosts. These services receive connection information such as your IP address. Focusing a station or opening its details can prepare metadata, artwork, or a stream before you press Play.
Station details may request information from Wikidata and Wikipedia. Browse uses the Apple TV region setting or a country you choose; it does not request your physical location. Artwork is cached locally. External song-artwork lookup is disabled in the app’s current Release configuration; development builds can use additional artwork providers.
Recognizing songs with Shazam
On tvOS 27 or later, pressing Shazam starts recognition of the radio audio currently playing and saves a successful match to your Shazam library. This is a user-initiated action. It uses the station’s audio, not your microphone.
ShazamKit matches an audio signature. Apple states that audio is not shared with Apple and the signature cannot be converted back into the original audio. Library availability and synchronization depend on Apple’s services and your settings. Recognition can fail, and saving to Shazam does not promise an Apple Music library addition. See Apple’s ShazamKit information.
Questions, requests, and changes
Use the support form or email support@tunedip.com to request access, correction, or deletion, withdraw consent, or object to or request limits on processing. Your rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable time limit.
You may also raise a concern with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Center or the relevant authority where you live. We update this page when our practices change and revise its effective date. The app remains in development; we will review its disclosures before its public release.
